On Sunday July 24, 2016, at approximately 7:00 p.m., a 49 year old Waterloo male was operating his vehicle in a parking lot on Amos Avenue, in Waterloo, and struck a 1 year old child. The child sustained life threatening injuries, which he succumbed to at a local hospital. The driver was charged with Criminal Negligence Causing Death.
