(CLEARVIEW TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On July 23rd, 2016 at approximately 11:45 p.m. a member of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a motor vehicle south bound on Switzer Street that failed to have its rear lights activated. This motor vehicle was stopped and Police quickly determined that the driver of this motor vehicle was operating it while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Exceed 80 mgs.” is Gordon TIREBUCK 73 years old from Clearview Twp. First appearance is August 23rd, 2016 in Collingwood court.
