(SPRINGWATER TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On July 24th, 2016 at approximately 5:00 a.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) while monitoring traffic flow on Hwy #26 near Horseshoe Valley Road observed a west bound motor vehicle that was traveling at a speed above the posted limit. This motor vehicle was stopped and Police quickly determined that the driver was operating it while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Exceed 80 mgs.” is Gregory LECLAIR 53 years old from Barrie. First appearance is August 16th, 2016 in Collingwood court.
