(BANCROFT, ON) – In the early afternoon on the 18th of July, 2016, officers with the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police, (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision, on Highway 118 in the Municipality of Highlands East.
Investigation revealed that the vehicle left the roadway for an unknown reason which damaged the vehicle and injured the driver. The driver of the vehicle suffered non-life threatening injuries as a result of the collision.
Charged with careless driving contrary to the Highway Traffic Act is 67 year old John BUSATO of Selwyn Twp.
