(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged a 22-year-old male after police stopped a vehicle at a 2nd Line, Mississaugas of The New Credit First Nation, Ontario address.
On Saturday, July 30, 2016 at approximately 2:05 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of 2nd Line when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 22-year-old Stuart Cole MARTIN, of Haldimand County, Ontario with driving while disqualified, use plate not authorized for vehicle and driver-fail to properly wear seatbelt.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
