(OXFORD COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Oxford County Detachment is currently investigating an incident at a Canning Road, Blandford Blenheim Township, Ontario address.
On Saturday, August 6, 2016 at approximately 9:35 a.m., police were contacted by a concerned resident reporting a suspicious vehicle that was parked on the side of the roadway.
Officers attended the area and located the vehicle and discovered an unresponsive female.
The coroner attended the scene and pronounced the female deceased.
Canning Road will be closed for the next 24 hours between Highway 2 and Township Road for further investigation.
The investigation is continuing.
