(LEAMINGTON, ON) – On August 7, 2016 at approximately 9:35 p.m., members of the Leamington Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision where a southbound motorcycle struck three pedestrians on Fraser Road in Leamington Ontario.
One pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene and two other pedestrians were taken to area hospitals, one with life threatening injuries and the other with minor injuries.
Fraser Road, between Erieview Road and Seacliff Drive West will be closed for several hours while the OPP’s Technical Traffic Collision Investigator (TTCI) completes the investigation.
Essex-Windsor Emergency Medical Services were also at the scene of the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
