On August 4, 2016, Waterloo Regional Police Executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrant on Spadina Road West in Kitchener. A 51 year old Kitchener male was arrested on several criminal and drug charges and held for a bail hearing. A 32 year old Kitchener male is still being sought in relation to this investigation. Also located within the residence was a 36 year old male that was wanted in relation to numerous residential Break and Enters within our Region and a National Parole Revocation Warrant. The male was located with a firearm and ammunition that was recently stolen from a residence. In attempt to avoid capture, the male fled, however was arrested shortly after. The male was subsequently held for a bail hearing. Police seized quantities of methamphetamine, marihuana, pills and several other weapons from the apartment. The investigation continues.
