(LEAMINGTON, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has identified the deceased from a fatal pedestrian crash involving a motorcycle that occurred on August 7, 2016 at 9:35 p.m. on Fraser Road in Leamington.
Three pedestrians walking on the roadway were struck by a southbound motorcycle, resulting in the death of one male pedestrian.
The deceased has been identified as Hector GONZALEZ, age 41 of Mexico.
The other two pedestrians and the motorcyclist received non-life threatening injuries as a result of the collision.
No charges will be laid.
