(TORONTO, ON) – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of their Breach of Parole.
Tyrell Williams is described as a black male, 28 years of age, 6’3” (191 cm), 245 lbs (111kg). He has a tattoo of a bull on his left upper arm.
He is serving a 4 year and 9 month sentence for Armed Robbery and Kidnapping Using a Firearm.
The offender is known to frequent the city of Toronto and York Region.
