(Prescott-Ontario) The Ontario Provincial Police have identified the two deceased involved in the single motor vehicle collision, which had occurred on August 4, 2016, just east of Mailtland in Augusta Township.
The driver was identified as Scott LOCKYER age 45, of Augusta Township. The passenger identified as Adam HREHIRCHUK age 22, of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The investigation is continuing . Anyone with information is asked to contact the Prescott OPP Detachment, at 613-925-4221.
