(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On August 10, 2016 at approximately 6:00 p.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a 2011 Buick for speeding on Wellington Road 30 near Township Road 3, Guelph-Eramsoa Township. The car was travelling well above the posted speed limit and was locked on radar at approximately 145 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.
His driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of 7 days as per statute.
22-year-old Bradley BROHMAN of Waterloo has been charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. He is to appear in Guelph Provincial Court on September 7, 2016.
