(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On August 19, 2016 at approximately 11:20 p.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a male driving a 1999 Ford pickup truck that was speeding on Wellington Road 36 near Victoria Road South, Puslinch Township.
Police located suspected marihuana in the vehicle and the driver was arrested. He was also driving while under suspension and was released at the scene with court documents.
37-year-old Brock DUCHARME of Hamilton Township has been charged with Possession of Marihuana under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, along with Driving While Under Suspension and Speeding contrary Highway Traffic Act. He is to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on September 27, 2016.
