(MASSEY, ON)-On August 22, 2016, at approximately 10:50 a.m., members from the Espanola Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on Grove Street, in the town of Massey.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the male driver was under suspension.
Cecil TOULOUSE, 60 years of age, from Sagamok, was charged with the following:
Driving while under suspension, contrary to section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act.
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Espanola, on September 8, 2016.
