On August 24th, 2016 at approximately 6:45pm, OPP Officers responded to a report of a building fire on Mary Street in the Township of Havelock Belmont Methuen. Upon arrival approximately 260 marihuana plants were located in side the building.
Charged is: Joseph TASSONE, age – 55years of Havelock Belmont Methuen Township
Section 7(1) Controlled Drugs and Substances Act – Produce Schedule 2 Substance (Cannabis Marihuana).
Mr. Tassone is scheduled to appear at Peterborough Provincial Court on September 22nd
