(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On September 3rd, 2016 at approximately 7:30 a.m., a member of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) while monitoring traffic on River Road West observed a motor very that was traveling westbound at a speed well above the posted speed.
This vehicle was stopped and Police quickly determined that the driver was operating the above motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. A further Police investigation into this driver revealed he had in his possession a quantity of Cocaine.
Charged with “Possession of a Schedule I substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine”, “Possession of a Schedule I substance – Cocaine” and “Exceed 80 mgs.” is Jordan J. FALVO 20 years old from Ajax, Ontario. First appearance is September 27th, 2016 in Collingwood court.
