(TILLSONBURG, ON.) – On Tuesday, September 6, 2016 members from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Oxford Detachment, observed a suspicious vehicle being operated in the Town of Tillsonburg.
The vehicle was followed and a traffic stop was conducted at approximately 1:23 a.m. on Brantford Road in Windham Township, Norfolk County.
As a result of the traffic stop and search, two Norfolk County males were arrested and charged with the following:
Isaak EPP, 32-years-of-age
Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance -Methamphetamine
Mark WINKWORTH, 31-years-of-age
Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance -Methamphetamine
Fail to Comply with Recognizance ( 5 counts)
Both males were held for bail hearings.
