(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On September 2, 2016 at approximately 11:45 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers conducted a R.I.D.E. Program on Highway 6 and Wellington Road 7, Guelph-Eramosa Township. An officer spoke with a male driving a 2003 Honda and found suspected marihuana in the vehicle. He was arrested and released at the scene with court documents.
19-year-old Robert Miller of Burlington has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Over 30 Grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on October 14, 2016.
