(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On September 2, 2016 at approximately 7:40 p.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a 2015 Honda for speeding on Highway 6 near Wellington Road 22, Guelph-Eramosa Township.
The officer spoke with the male driver and located suspected marihuana. He was arrested and released with court papers.
28-year-old Steffen LUNDY of Orangeville has been charged with Possession of Marihuana under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on October 11, 2016.
