(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged a 33-year-old male with mischief following an incident where a business window was damaged at a Main Street South, Hagersville, Haldimand County, Ontario address.
On Saturday September 10, 2016 at approximately 12:15 a.m., OPP responded to Main Street South for a report of a damaged window.
OPP investigation determined that the male was upset after being refused service and while leaving the establishment, he damaged the door and fled on foot.
OPP located the male suspect a short time later and the investigation led to his arrest.
OPP has charged 33-year-old Cade JOSEPH of Hagersville, Ontario with mischief under $5,000. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charge.
