(CALEDON, ON) – On Monday, August 29, 2016 an officer from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was called to investigate a single motor vehicle collision, car in the ditch, on the hair pin turn on Forks of the Credit Road, west of McLaren Road.
The officer arrived on scene and observed an eastbound Grey Lexus, which had driven off the hair pin turn and entered into the ditch on the south side of the road, exiting the hair pin turn
As a result, Harjaan SIVIA, 22, of Brampton was charged with Careless Driving and Operate Unsafe Vehicle.
The driver is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Caledon on October 24, 2016.
