Two Woman Arrested For Indecent Act At Gravesite – Names Released

(LEEDS, ON.) – Officers of the Leeds Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police are continuing an investigation where two women are being charged with committing an indecent act at a local cemetery.

In July of 2016 OPP were advised of an occurrence that had taken place at Oakland Cemetery located on County Road 2, west of Brockville. Investigation leads to two women being charged with committing an act at a single gravesite.

Charged with Indecent Act, Contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada, are 26 year old Katherine COLLINS of Elizabethtown – Kitley Township, and 26 year Haley PEYMAN of Kingston. Both are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice – Brockville, on the 30th of September 2016 to answer to their charge.
