(ORILLIA, ON) – The Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a female driver with Refusing to Provide a Breath Sample.
On September 19, 2016 at approximately 2:50 p.m., Orillia OPP officers conducted a traffic stop at a business on Memorial Avenue in the City of Orillia. After a short investigation the female driver was arrested.
Debra TEMPLETON, 52 years old of Orillia, has been charged with Refuse to Provide Breath Sample, Breach of Probation and Fail to Comply with Court Order. She was held in custody pending a Bail Hearing today in Orillia Criminal Court.
