(LAKE HURON, ON) – On September 19, 2016 at approximately 2:00 p.m. the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a missing kayak operator in the waters of Lake Huron between Chantry Island and the Saugeen Shores beach.
On September 22, 2016, the body of 60-year-old David COUNSELL of Saugeen Shores was recovered. The South Bruce OPP appreciates the assistance of the media and the public with this investigation.
