(WELLINGTON, ON) – On September 22nd, 2016 at approximately 2:30PM, Prince Edward County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was called to investigate a three vehicle collision on Main Street in Wellington. Police investigation determined that a West bound vehicle collided with a parked vehicle, which then collided with a second parked vehicle. The second parked vehicle was forced across the road to the opposite side. The driver of the vehicle sustained minor injuries and was transported to hospital. The roadway was closed for approximately one and a half hours as a result of the collision.
77 year old Christine MACKAY of Wellington has been charged with Careless Driving. She was issued a Provincial Offence Notice.
