(Killaloe, Ontario) – On the 20 September, 2016 members of the Killaloe/Whitney Ontario Provincial Police, Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau, Drug Enforcement Unit, Canine Unit, and the Emergency Response Team executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at an address on Major Lake Road, South Algonquin Twp. Police located over 1000 marihuana plants, and 6 grams of cannabis marihuana.
As a result of the execution of this search warrant police have charged, 56 yr. old Susan ROBINSON-YU, of Stittsville with Possession of a Schedule ll Substance for the Purposes of Trafficking section 5(2) and Produce Schedule ll Substance ( cannabis marihuana) section 7(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, and 53 yr. old Robert PIRILLO of King City with Possession of a Schedule ll Substance for the Purposes of Trafficking section 5(2) and Produce Schedule ll Substance ( cannabis marihuana) section 7(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
Both accused appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice, Pembroke, and were released on a Recognizance Order.
