(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 27-year-old male after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Kent Street South, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, September 24, 2016, at approximately 1:21 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Kent Street South, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged a 27-year-old Cory James DENNIE of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving while under suspension, operate a motor vehicle without insurance, use plate not authorized for vehicle, fail to comply with undertaking and fail to comply with probation order.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
