(South Dundas) – On September 28, 2016 at approximately 2:28pm, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to report of a wanted male (warrant from previous incident) at a residence on Colquhoun Road, South Dundas Township. The accused became combative and uttered threats to police upon his arrest.
Jason CARROLL (31) of South Dundas Township is charged with;
– Resist Peace Officer
– Uttering Threats
– Fail to Comply with Probation Order (previous incident)
He was held in custody pending an appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.
THEFT OF PICK-UP TRUCK
(South Glengarry) – On September 28, 2016 between 8:00am – 1:30pm, a black 2007 Chevrolet Silverado extended cab pick-up truck (Ontario plates 9387XZ) was stolen from a property on County Road 27, South Glengarry Township.
An investigation continues.
