(IGNACE, ON) – Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Dryden Detachment assisted by the Child Sexual Exploitation Unit have arrested and charged an Ignace man following a child pornography investigation.
On September 28, 2016 members of the Dryden OPP Detachment arrested a 24 year old male for possessing and making available child pornography.
Kyle Douglas COLBY of Ignace, Ontario is charged with two counts of Possession of Child Pornography and one count of Making Available Child Pornography.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing. He was released on a Recognizance of Bail yesterday and is scheduled to appear October 3rd, 2016 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Dryden, Ontario.
The investigation is continuing.
