(Ottawa, ON) –The Ottawa Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police is currently investigating an incident that took place on Highway 416 in the City of Ottawa.
A 24yr old man from Ottawa was driving his vehicle and would not let his passenger out when she asked him to.
It took the assistance of the Ottawa and Kemptville OPP units to stop the vehicle without incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
