(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – On Friday August 5, the City of Kawartha Lakes Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a fatal crash on Frank Hill Road north of Highway 7.
Charged as a result of the collision is 21 year old Michelle MANLEY of Fraserville with the following offences:
Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle Causing Death contrary to section 249(4) of the Criminal Code of Canada (CCC)
Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Causing Bodily Harm contrary to section 249(3) CCC
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay on October 20, 2016.
