(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment is investigating a collision involving two All Terrain Vehicles (ATV) where three youths sustained injuries. The collision occurred in the area of Stoney Creek Road and Moores Road in York, Haldimand County, Ontario.
On Sunday October 2, 2016 at approximately 4:00 p.m., OPP and Haldimand County Paramedics responded to the area of Stoney Creek Road and Moores Road for two ATV’s that were involved in a collision and three youth riders were injured as a result.
OPP investigation has determined that two ATV’s were travelling northbound on Stoney Creek Road, behind one another, and collided. The drivers of both ATV’s and a passenger, were ejected from their ATV’s.
All three youths were transported by paramedics to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

OPP is reminding riders to exercise caution and follow basic safety rules when operating off-road vehicles (ORV).
