(TINY TOWNSHIP) – On September 30, 2016 at 2:54 p.m. a Southern Georgian Bay Ontario Provincial police (OPP) officer conducted a traffic stop on a red Ford Excursion on County Road 6 in Tiny Township, ON.
As a result of the investigation, Ashley SALE (age 28) of Tiny Township, ON has been charged with the following offences:
Driving while under suspension contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
Fail to ensure toddler is properly secured contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on November 17, 2016 in Penetanguishene, ON.
The OPP would like to remind driver’s to “buckle up” and insure that all your passengers are wearing seatbelts. Parents and caregivers should also make sure that the appropriate car seats are being utilized by their children and infants and they are fastened properly within the vehicle. Every life is worth the five seconds it takes to buckle up.
