(PLYMPTON- WYOMING, ON) – On October 19, 2016 at approximately 5:30 p.m. members of the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended the area of Confederation Line and Minielly Road, Plympton- Wyoming to investigate a single motor vehicle collision that was a direct result of an aggressive driving complaint.
Investigation revealed that a Chevrolet Silverado had been the source of several aggressive driving complaints within the City of Sarnia and Municipalities within the County of Lambton. During this particular complaint, the Silverado passed another motor vehicle on Confederation Line, lost control and flipped prior to striking a hydro pole. The driver had to be extricated from the vehicle by the fire department and attended to by ambulance at which time he was transported to the Hospital.
Through a series of complaints and an ongoing investigation, William KIFF, 57 years-of-age, of the Town of Plympton- Wyoming was charged with alleged dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and failing to comply with an undertaking. He is to appear at the Sarnia Court House on December 5, 2016.
