(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) –Members of the County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were alerted to a vehicle on Rest Acres Road in the County of Brant on 20 October 2016 at approximately 10:30 p.m.
The 2004 Ford F-150 was stopped by police and the 37-year-old driver William VALLENGA of The County of Brant was arrested and charged with refusing to provide a breath sample contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date to answer to his charges. If convicted, the offender will be subject to the Criminal Code penalties, including a fine or jail time, and a driving prohibition.
