(THE BLUE MOUNTAINS, ONTARIO) Officers from the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charged a male with a drinking and driving offence over the weekend.
On the 8th of March 2014 at approximately 11:45pm officers were called to a parking lot on Craigleith Road in regards to a possible a impaired driver. Interactions with the driver revealed he was under the influence of alcohol and as such he was arrested and transported to Collingwood detachment for processing.
Charged is 37 year-old Tyler SPIES of Collingwood, he is facing a charge of fail or refuse to provide sample and is to appear in Owen Sound court on the 3rd of April 2014.
