(AMARANTH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On Tuesday November 15, 2016 at 12:00 pm Dufferin OPP attended a residence of the 8th Line of Amaranth to assist Dufferin County Sheriff’s officers in enforcing a court ordered eviction
While they were inside assisting the Sheriff to confirm the vacancy of the residence they discovered over $65,000 of Marihuana including plant and processed material. They also located equipment used in production of Marihuana
After further investigation they arrested the following three persons who have been each been charged with
Production of Marihuana contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act
Possession of Marihuana for Purpose of Trafficking and Production contrary to Controlled Drug and Substance Act
Ryan ZENG, 29 years of age from Orangeville, Ontario is being released from custody and will appear in Orangeville Court at a later date to answer to his charges
Coleman SCHNEIDER, 31 years of age from West Berlin, New Jersey and Rada CULCIAK, (female)27 years old of Reading Pennsylvania in the United States of America are being held in custody. They both will appear for a Bail Hearing in Orangeville Ontario Court of Justice on November 16,2016.
