(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – Officers from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a RIDE spot check on Friday afternoon, December 9, 2016 in Bobcaygeon resulting in an arrest.
Following an investigation, Sheldon MACKAY, 52 years of age, of Dunsford was arrested and charged with Driving with More than 80 mg of Alcohol in 100 ml of Blood contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay on February 9, 2017.
