(ST. CLAIR TWP, ON) – On December 9, 2016 a member of the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a 2011 GMC Sierra pick- up truck on Kimball Road for a speed in excess of 30 Km/Hr over the posted speed limit.
Through additional investigation, the OPP member discovered and seized a quantity of suspected marihuana totalling less than 30 grams. The driver, Travis GILROY, 22 years-of-age of Brooke- Alvinston was charged with speeding and alleged possession of marihuana. He is to appear at the Sarnia Court House on February 8, 2017 in order to answer to the allegations.
