The Chatham-Kent Police have arrested a youth for breaching his release conditions.
On the 11th of September 2013, a male youth was released from custody with numerous conditions. One of those conditions was to abide by a curfew by remaining in his residence between the hours of 10:00 pm and 06:00 am.
On the 21st of October, 2013, at approximately 03:00 am the youth’s parents contacted Chatham-Kent Police to report their son as missing. Chatham-Kent Police attended the residence to investigate. While at the residence the youth returned home and was subsequently arrested by Chatham-Kent Police.
As a result, a 17 year old male youth was charged with failing to comply. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
