The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a Blenheim youth for breaching his probation order.
On May 6, 2013, the youth entered into a probation order with several conditions. One of those conditions stated that he was to obey a daily curfew of 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Shortly after 10:00 p.m. last night, officers located the youth at a residence on Park Avenue West in Chatham.
The 15-year-old youth was arrested and charged with failing to comply. He was released with conditions pending a future court date.
