On February 14, 2014, the Guelph Police arrested a 17-year-old Rockwood male. It is alleged that on February 4, 2014, the male texted a friend at his high school a message that was threatening in nature.
The investigation has led to the youth being charged with utter threats. He will appear in court on March 1, 2014.
