A Wroxeter area youth was arrested by Wingham Police last night vandalizing property behind businesses on Josephine St. A witness observed the youth spray painting property behind the businesses and called police. The youth, who cannot be identified, was placed in a program under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act. If he does not complete the program, the criminal charge of mischief to property will be laid.
