(CENTRE WELLINGTON TWP, ON) Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of an incident shortly before 1am on the 14th of June 2013. A male youth entered a local convenience store located on St. Andrew Street in the Town of Fergus. He drew the attention of the store clerk and he was confronted. The male left the store and police were contacted. Officers located the youth a short distance away.
A male age 17 of Centre Wellington Township is charged with two counts of Breach Probation contrary to the Youth Criminal Justice Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Youth Criminal Court on July 24th 2013.
