Yesterday morning at approximately 09:30am a 16 year old male student approached another male student during class and allegedly punched him in the nose. The victim received minor injuries. The Chatham-Kent Police were notified of the assault.
As a result a 16 year old youth was charged with assault. The youth was released on conditions pending a future court date.
