On Tuesday April 21, 2015 at 1:26 p.m. the Brantford Police Service received a call from Ambulance dispatch regarding a workplace accident at 124 Garden Avenue. A male employee was fatally injured. The investigation is not a criminal investigation. The Brantford Police Service is assisting the Ministry of Labour who has carriage over the investigation.
