On July 17, 2014 at 7:15 p.m. Waterloo Regional Police and the Ministry of Labour responded to a workplace accident on Centennial Road in the city of Kitchener. An employee was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after a fall. The scene was held by police until an inspector from the Ministry of Labour responded. The investigation will be completed by the Ministry of Labour.
