The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a woman for failing to comply with her release conditions.
On February 5, 2014, the woman was released from custody with conditions following a domestic disturbance. Two of her conditions stated that she was not to communicate with ex common-law partner or attend his residence.
Yesterday, an officer observed the woman’s vehicle at the man’s residence. The woman was located inside the home and arrested. The 38-year-old Chatham woman has been charged with two counts of failing to comply. She has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
