The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a woman for failing to comply with her release conditions.
On September 4, 2013 the woman was released from custody with several conditions. One of those conditions stated that she was to reside at a specific address on Ellen Street in Blenheim.
On September 7, 2013, police received information that the woman was living on Lumley Street in Blenheim instead.
Around noon yesterday, officers located the woman causing a disturbance on Grand Avenue East in Chatham and she was arrested.
The 31-year-old woman has been charged with failing comply. She has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
