The Chatham-Kent Police have arrested a woman failing to comply with her release conditions.
On the 13th of July 2013 a woman was released on an Undertaking with several conditions. One of those conditions was to abstain from communicating directly or indirectly with her common law partner.
On the 29th of August 2013 at approximately 10:00 pm the Chatham-Kent Police located the woman and her common law partner together in a residence on Wellington Street. The woman was subsequently arrested and transported to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters.
An 18 year old Chatham woman was charged with Breach of Undertaking and held pending a bail hearing.
